21 yr. Old Pawan Dubey, came with FBS 295, PPBS 523 , HbA1C 14.5% , known case of Diabetes Mellitus since 10 yrs, treated with Insulin 4 times a day, Considered to be Type 1 ( Insulin dependant) Diabetes
After assessment at MDC, This patient had a Strong Family history of Diabetes & on evaluation turned out to be Type 2
We stopped Insulin & Shifted on Oral medicines
Today after 6 months, Patients FBS 92 & PPBS 142 & HbA1C 6.3% & that too only 1/2 tablet
This Patient was wrongly Diagnosed as Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus for 10 yrs & He turned out to be Type 2 Diabetes

52yr old, Mrs. Rajeshree Joglekar, case of Diabetes Mellitus since 22yrs was treated with Insulin thrice a day, Considered to be Insulin dependant Diabetes ( Type 1)
After Visiting MDC, with proper evaluation was ruled out to have LADA ( Latent Autoimmune Diabetes of Adult) (1.5 Diabetes) which is one of the rarest cases seen 1 in Million Diabetics. She had came with an HbA1C of 12% since almost 10yrs , within a span of 6 – 8 months her HbA1C of 6.5% with mininal dose of Insulin

38 yr Old, Mamta Pawar, Known case of Diabetes Mellitus since 5 – 6yrs , was not able to Conceive since 5 – 6yrs , had also undergone mutiple Spontaneous Abortions
After visiting MDC she was diagnosed with Subclinical Hypothyroidism, after correction of all parameters She successfully conceived within 3 months & delivered a Normal Baby Boy
